Now we need to figure out how we fit in this world. I feel like I only found where I fit in at age 26. I was stuck in a rut of not liking what I was doing and not knowing how to get to where I wanted to go. But here I am now, doing what I know I am supposed to do and that is so exciting!
Although knowing who we are and where we fit in is probably the most important thing, we also need to be aware of how others see us and speak about us. Which reminds me of the question I asked in my earlier post… what words would those who love you use to describe you? I have been told a lot lately how people see me. It’s honestly a little weird because like I said before, I don’t always believe what I am being told. But people do have a lot of nice things to say that we need to be able to hear and believe. Which again, is why we are working through these steps!
Slowly we are getting through this first step. I know it can be a lot, so take your time. Don’t feel like this needs to be a linear process because it more than likely won’t be.
Today we are going to end this with talking about what brings us joy. I can tell you that my daughter, my family, and my pets bring me the most joy and my passions are being a mom and a nurse. So I am going to turn this over to you to think about these questions but before you do, just remember that everyone has purpose and we all fit in this world somewhere, even if it’s hard to see right now.
Until next time,
Morgan
