On April 9th, we will gather together to celebrate hope for our community and give from our hearts towards sustaining the mission of Connect Medical Clinic.
With nearly 500 in attendance annually, this event is a true reunion of those committed to building and protecting a community where every person is treated with dignity.

Hannah Gronowski Barnett is a visionary leader and speaker, renowned for her work in engaging and empowering the next generation. As a table host, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our banquet. Your responsibilities include welcoming guests, facilitating introductions, and fostering engaging conversations. You will also assist in guiding your table guests through the evening's program and encourage participation in our fundraising efforts. Founded: A Different Kind of Care
Connect Medical Clinic is established to offer an alternative to rushed, transactional healthcare. From the beginning, the clinic is built around unhurried visits, dignity-centered care, and a warm, non-judgmental environment where patients are truly known and heard.
Care Coordination & Whole-Person Support
As the clinic grows, Connect formalizes a care coordination model through the Connect Cares Coordinator, ensuring each patient has a personalized care journey supported by internal resources, referrals, and ongoing guidance.
Expanded Clinical & Community Presence
Connect builds a multidisciplinary care team—including board-certified OBGYN, nursing leadership, and operational support—while deepening its involvement in the Dickinson community through local organizations, service groups, and partnerships.
Accessible Care for a Changing World
In response to evolving patient needs, Connect integrates telehealth services and operational systems that support continuity of care, accessibility, and long-term sustainability—without compromising the clinic’s relational care model.
