AAAHC ACCREDITATION

We Did It: Connect Medical Clinic Is AAAHC Accredited!

If you are an avid reader of the Heart River Voice, you will remember from a previous issue, that Connect Medical Clinic was preparing for our initial survey to become accredited with the American Association of Ambulatory Health Care. We are thrilled to share some very big news: Connect Medical Clinic has officially achieved AAAHC accreditation!

PCOS Has a New Name: PMOS

This milestone represents far more than a certificate on the wall. At Connect, we believe every human life has inherent dignity and worth. And if life is sacred, how we care for people matters. The accreditation process gave an independent surveyor from AAAHC the opportunity to examine the systems, safety practices, clinical processes, and culture behind our care. What they found affirmed something deeply important to us: our mission is not simply something we say, it is something patients can experience.

“The organization’s commitment to treating patients with respect, consideration, compassion, and dignity stands as its greatest strength, priority, and value.”

— AAAHC Surveyor

The surveyor recognized Connect’s culture of quality, strong safety practices, comprehensive clinical processes, and commitment to faith-based, dignity-centered, patient-focused care. But perhaps the most meaningful affirmation came from a patient:

“I don’t feel like a number. They always care about what I need and take time to answer my questions.”

That is the Connect Difference—and this accomplishment belongs to you, too. Your generosity helps make possible a clinic where compassion and conviction are supported by serious clinical excellence, where families can confidently refer those they love, and where community partners can trust the care we bring into their schools and organizations. Today, we celebrate—and we hope you celebrate with us.

Celebrate With Us

AAAHC accreditation and your financial support strengthen our commitment to excellence for the next three years and beyond. Together, we are creating a community where the value of human life is not simply something we proclaim—it is something people experience through excellent, dignity-centered care.
