Celebrating Doctors Day: A Tribute to Dedication

We are fortunate to have truly outstanding doctors in this community, and Dr. Arnold is a remarkable example. As his Connect family, we are especially grateful for the opportunity to honor him and the impact he has made on our team and the community we serve. Many have first met him from being a patient and quickly experienced something special; his genuine compassion and unwavering commitment to the people he serves. Over the many years he has given, he has been an incredible asset, providing not just care, but dignity, respect, and meaningful connection in every interaction.

What sets Dr. Arnold apart is his extraordinary ability to remember his patients, their stories, their families, and the smallest details that make each person feel truly seen and valued. He has a rare gift for making every individual feel like the only person in the room.

He also brings a wonderful sense of humor to his work, often lightening the mood and helping patients feel at ease. His thoughtful drawings are also well known, not for humor, but as a way to clearly explain care, support understanding, and ensure true informed consent.

Dr. Arnold’s leadership and unwavering heart for both people and their health are inspiring to us all. He is generous with his time and talents, pours into others with intention, and remains fully committed to dignity-centered care. Serving and stewarding others is truly at the heart of who he is.

While he has tried to retire, it speaks volumes that he simply cannot step away because he cares so deeply about this community and the people in it. It is an honor to work alongside him, to learn from him, and to witness the lasting impact he has on everyone he meets. He is truly one of a kind and a blessing to our community and team.
