At Connect Medical Clinic, our hope for a new school year means setting students up for wholeness—body, mind, and spirit.
We offer Sports Physicals for $25. This service goes up and beyond the basic form and checkbox appointments. They’re dignity-centered evaluations where we ask deeper questions about overall health, sleep, stress, nutrition, and emotional well-being. We create space for connection because every young person deserves to be seen and known, not just cleared.
We also provide services for teens and college students: STI screenings, wellness visits, education, and care that supports the whole person.
Our commitment to students doesn’t stop at 683 State Avenue, across from the soccer fields.
Throughout the year, our team is invited into classrooms to present on topics such as puberty, reproductive development, sexual risk avoidance, and menstrual cycle awareness. These age-appropriate presentations are rooted in our belief that every young person is created in has innate dignity and is therefore worthy of knowing how their body works and why it matters. Additionally, Connect believes that education empowers individuals to make informed choices that protect their health and future well-being.
