Men who are sexually active or have been exposed to unwanted or unintended sexual health encounters, placing them at risk for causing a pregnancy or contracting a sexually transmitted infection, can find the services and education they need at Connect Medical Clinic.
Our medical services and evidence-based education provide awareness of risk avoidance and reduction so men can preserve their sexual health and future fertility.
Pregnancy Services
Making a pregnancy decision is often categorized as a woman’s choice. Men, if your girlfriend or partner is pregnant, you may find yourself wondering where you fit in. At Connect Medical Clinic, we want you to know that you are an important part of the decision-making process. You are also welcome to join your partner for any of her appointments (if she so chooses). Our staff are ready to listen to your concerns and help you figure out how to best support your partner.

Men are welcome to talk to an RN about how their choices have the potential to result in causing a pregnancy at a Sexual Health Education appointment.
They may also accompany their partner to our free FEMM course, a comprehensive, natural, science-based women’s health and wellness program that helps a couple identify daily hormonal shifts to achieve their fertility and health goals.
STI Testing and Treatment Services
STIs in men can present with no symptoms or symptoms that are not easily identified as an STI. Studies suggest untreated Chlamydia has the potential to decrease fertility by means of impairing sperm fertilization capacity and obstructive damage due to chronic inflammation, and according to the CDC, Gonorrhea and Syphilis are on the rise in men. Sexually active men should be screened for STIs annually or with any new sexual partner.
